  1. Instructions on how to redeem form part of these Terms and Conditions. To redeem a $25 Hairhouse Warehouse Waverley Gardens Gift Card, customers must follow the instructions outlined below. 
  2. Spend a combined total of $100 or more in one day in any Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre during the promotional period and fill out a redemption form which is available at the Customer Service Desk, near the Tattslotto kiosk.
  3. Receipts can be combined from participating stores and spend must be in one day and within the campaign period.
  4. Waverley Gardens’ tenants, employees, and associated agencies are not able to redeem gift cards during the promotion.
  5. No, receipts from partial lay-bys, bill payments such the payment of credit card bills, bank transactions, bank fees and charges, service bills (such as gas, electricity, rates and phone bills) and business transactions cannot be used or purchases of liquor or cigarettes.
  6. The campaign period is between 9:00am Monday May 1st 2017 and 5:00pm Saturday May 13th  2017 or until stocks last
  7. Total gift cards available is 1500 equals $37,500.
  8. Redemptions are limited to one per person per day
  9. You must present the receipts on the day of purchase, the only exception is if the time of purchase listed on the receipts are outside the Customer Service Desk trading hours.  You must come back the next time the desk is open.
  10. Customer Service Desk Hours: Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm, Saturday: 9am - 5pm, Sunday: 11am - 3pm
  11. Gift with purchase is a $25 Hairhouse Warehouse Waverley Gardens salon or services Gift Card
  12. Further terms and conditions apply to the prize listed on the vouchers. These terms and conditions must be abided by.
  13. The gift card cannot be used for the purchase of any retail products
  14. The gift card must be used in one transaction and only one gift card per transactions can be used
  15. The gift card is only valid until Saturday September 30th , 2017
  16. The gift card is only accepted at Hairhouse Warehouse Waverley Gardens
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse this offer to any person.
  18. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen gift cards once they are claimed and the gift card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
  19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion and not award the prize(s) where circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control prevent the Promoter from providing the prize(s).  Should the Promoter cancel the Promotion the Promoter will:

(i)     advertise that the Promotion has been cancelled by placing a notice at the customer service desk in the shopping centre;

(ii)    promptly destroy all entries received; and

(iii)   not use the personal information you have provided on the entry form.

20. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize pack, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions.

The personal information you have provided to Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre may be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and if you agree below, contacting you on an ongoing basis with information on any products or services you may be interested in at the Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre. Contact may be by any means of communication including telephone and electronic messages (e.g. email). If the information requested is not provided, you may not enter the promotion. Subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988, you may have access to your personal information as held by Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre by contacting the Marketing Manager at Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre Management on 03 9547 6088 up to 30 days after the promotion. Your email address will automatically be registered to our online VIP database after the promotion. If you do not wish to have your email address added please inform the Customer Service Desk staff.
