Stage 3 redevelopment.
Mirvac have now completed the Stage 3 redevelopment of Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre. This saw the redevelopment of the site formerly occupied by the Cinemas, and the adjacent mall area from the Food Court to the National Australia Bank. In the second half of 2008, Waverley Gardens welcomed two new major national traders, which complemented the current retail offer, and provided customers with even more choice for all of their regular family shopping:
