Stage 3 Redevelopment

Stage 3 redevelopment.

Mirvac have now started the Stage 3 Redevelopment of Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre.  

This will see the redevelopment of the site formerly occupied by Village Cinemas, and the adjacent mall area from the Food Court to the National Australia Bank.

In the second half of 2008, Waverley Gardens will welcome two new major national traders, which will compliment the current retail offer, and provide customers with even more choice for all of their regular family shopping.

The Stage 3 Redevelopment will also encompass Level 1, the area above Target.
