Waverley Gardens, bringing you convenient shopping
Waverley Gardens was built in 1978. In 2002 it was purchased by Mirvac with the vision of turning the Centre into a contemporary retail complex, with construction commencing in 2004.
Stage 1 saw a complete redevelopment of "the old Waverley Gardens", including a new Coles Supermarket, new malls, multi-deck carparks and customer facilities.
Stage 2 commenced in November 2005, beginning with the total rebuilding of our Food Court, and concluding in March 2007 with the opening of Big W, a whole new mall, and our two-level northern carpark.
Stage 3 saw the introduction of Aldi and Best & Less in the site that was formerly the cinema.
The Centre has never looked so good and with 122 leading stores, shopping at Waverley Gardens is so convenient.
With 3 supermarkets and 7 fresh food specialists the choice of fresh food is abundant.
Finding us
Waverley Gardens is located on the corner of Police Road and Jacksons Road in Mulgrave, right next to the Monash Freeway. Entries to Waverley Gardens can be found on Police Road (best parking for Safeway, Coles, Target and Fresh Food Shopping), and Hansworth Street (best parking for Big W, Aldi, Best & Less and our Food Court).
